The quality of a moulded part is always based on careful planning. To best meet customer requirements, central questions need to be clarified in the run-up to production. That applies particularly if the drawing supplied only involves a rough draft and a proposal for improvement is expected. Then the technical know-how of C+L is particularly required. Matters of material are also to be answered: Is for example material uniformity to be achieved for a customer or are the production requirements so high that only a specific rubber or plastic quality is to be recommended? What does the quality assurance look like and how high may the tolerances be? The planning team develops the right solutions and thus sets the baseline for economic production.
